Initial Virtual Recruiter Conversation

15-Minute Phone Interview

The first step in our process is a brief phone conversation with our Virtual Recruiting Team. During this call, we'll learn more about your background, sales experience, career goals, and interest in the opportunity.

You'll answer a series of questions designed to help us better understand your experience, motivation, communication style, and potential fit for a high-performance sales environment. Following the conversation, your responses will be reviewed by our hiring team to determine next steps.

This is also your opportunity to learn more about Vault Roofing, our earning potential, training program, and what it's like to build a successful career with our team.

Onsite Interview

Meet the Team and Explore the Opportunity

Candidates selected to move forward will be invited to meet in person with the hiring manager. This conversation is designed to go beyond your resume and provide a realistic look at the role, expectations, culture, and opportunity for success within the market.

The hiring manager will take time to understand your experience, sales approach, work ethic, and ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment. You'll also learn more about our training process, team culture, performance expectations, and what it takes to succeed as a Vault Roofing Sales Representative.

This interview is highly conversational and gives both you and the hiring manager the opportunity to determine whether the partnership is a strong mutual fit.

Offer Stage

Decision & Offer Discussion
If the hiring manager determines there's a strong mutual fit, qualified candidates may receive a verbal offer during or shortly after the onsite interview. Our team moves quickly because we know top sales talent has options.

During this conversation, we'll review compensation, onboarding, training expectations, start dates, and answer any remaining questions to help you confidently make your decision.

You will receive a welcome email from our People Operations team with information regarding what to be on the lookout for to complete the onboarding process prior to your first day with the team.
